CELEBRATE THE END OF SUMMER WITH US SEPTEMBER 12-14

Are you bummed to see summer coming to an end? Well, Wisconsin Dells may have just the thing to cheer you up! Here in the Dells, we have a tradition where we celebrate the end of summer with a huge festival named Wo-Zha-Wa, which is the Ho-Chunk phrase “to have fun.”

This year’s festival is September 12-14, and will include free family activities, an arts and crafts fair, antique flea market, Maxwell Street Days (Sidewalk Sales), live entertainment and a 95-unit parade. There will also be a street carnival with concessions.

Included in the weekend activities will be the 47th Wo-Zha-Wa Run, Wisconsin’s Oldest Long Distance Race. It will begin at 8 am sharp on Saturday, September 13. Runners can test their endurance with either a half-marathon or a four-mile course.
